Recruitment is the key stone whereupon
strategy must be carved in order to optimize its fullfilment.
Recruiting here is not only the carrying
out of individual interviews using appropriate tools and technique but also
considering the legal environment, designing the proper processes and
information systems, providing effective means of integration of new hires and
foreseeing future training needs to fulfill the organization's strategy.
The organization cannot reach
its highest performance neither all its potential if the individuals who
constitute it do not grow and develop together with it in their own sphere.

and carried out. Job descriptions, compensation, interviewing techniques of
recruiters were reviewed, appropriate information systems and organization
